Role Purpose

Lead Dustins Operational Excellence program, driving sustainable business value through AI-enabled transformation, operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and strategic cost optimization. Provide leadership, governance, and direction across a portfolio of transformation initiatives while managing a team of Project Leaders and other operational excellence roles responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead our overall Value Creation Program strategy aligned with business objectives and transformation priorities
• Build, prioritize, and govern a portfolio of AI, operational efficiency, productivity, and business transformation initiatives
• Lead and develop a diverse team across project leadership and operational excellence, driving consistent execution, accountability, and high-quality delivery.
• Establish value creation targets, KPIs, and governance to track business impact and benefits realization
• Partner with business leaders to identify strategic opportunities for growth, efficiency, and transformation
• Drive cross-functional alignment across business units
• Remove organisational barriers and accelerate decision-making to enable successful program delivery
• Lead executive steering committees and provide regular reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and value realization
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the organisation

Profile / Experience

• 10+ years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, strategy execution, consulting, program management, or business leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs with significant financial impact
• Experience managing portfolios of cross-functional initiatives and leading teams of Project Leaders or Program Managers
• Demonstrated success delivering operational efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, or value creation programs
• Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business transformation initiatives is highly desirable
• Experience working with executive leadership teams and boards on strategic transformation agendas
