Manger within profitability projects

With strong and growing demand for our services we are now looking to strengthen our customer profitability offering with a Manager.

The role

As a management consultant Manager at Capacent you can expect to be challenged in a broad range of customer profitability projects within different industries. You will take part in the sales process, lead the analysis and strategy creation, as well as assist our clients in the implementation and execution. In addition, you will play an integral part in developing our offerings to better support our clients in a constantly changing environment. And lastly, you will be part of an agile and friendly organization that puts your well-being and development front and centre. 

To excel in this role, we believe that you are a professional with 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably from either pricing, profitability, commercial excellence, revenue management, strategy/business development as a management consultant or high performer in a line position.

We expect you to have:

• A management consulting and/or leading FMCG company background.
• 5-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably within B2B customer interface in themes such as pricing, profitability, commercial excellence, revenue management, strategy / business development etc.
• Experience from managing large and complex projects.
• Solid skills in using MS Office tools and preferably some experience with BI tools, such as Qlik or PowerBI.
• Proactive, open-minded and curious.
• Collaborative working-style and enjoy team environments.
• Fluent skills in Swedish and English.
• Relevant academic background, preferably a master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
