What will you be doing?
As a Partner Solutions Manager, your primary focus will be collaborating with and supporting partners to understand the synergies and to together develop innovative solutions to the market. The product owner will maintain the product development roadmap with partners and manage these joint solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Collaboration is key and you will ensure clear communication among stakeholders both internal and external. Your will especially maintain close collaboration with solution partners, both to share understanding of the different offerings and how they could interact to add additional value and also to support partners as they add or enhance features in their solution to achieve this. The goal is expanding the eco system with short time-to-market.
Specifically, you will shape the joint offerings together with the partner and manage ingoing requirements for functionality, design, usability, performance etc. The Partner SolutionsManager will besides the partners collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, Development and Sales Engineering in shaping the products and offerings.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a strong ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. You should possess a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) and have proven experience (5+ years)in product development, ideally within a similar industry, with a successful track record of integrating different solution providers into a joint solution. Experience of successful product development initiatives in the B2B tech sector combining SaaS and hardware, is most important.
You need experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in matrix organizations within an international context. Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English, are necessary; other languages (e.g., French, German) are meritorious. In-depth knowledge of product development processes, productlaunches, and product ownership methodologies is required. Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the B2B tech space is aplus.
Characteristically, you should be target-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent collaboration and leadership skills. You must be able to make sound decisions and prioritize efficiently in ambiguous environments, possessing a can-do attitude with high tolerance for uncertainty. A passion for technology and innovation with acustomer-centric product development is key, along with being self-propelled and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A data-driven approach combined with a strong strategic and innovative mindset is also expected.
